nTan Corporate Advisory Pte Ltd ("nTan") is a boutique corporate advisory firm. We specialise in corporate restructuring, corporate advisory, financial investigations, dispute and litigation advisory.
nTan is led by Nicky Tan, who was the partner and Head of Global Corporate Finance at Andersen Singapore and ASEAN region. He was also the partner and Head of Financial Advisory Services (FAS) at PricewaterhouseCoopers Singapore and Chairman of FAS PwC Asia Pacific region.
nTan is staffed with a dedicated team of some 30 experienced professionals with extensive relevant corporate restructuring, corporate advisory, financial investigations, dispute and litigation advisory experience, spanning different geographical regions.
